Because its 1 am
And my mind is saturated
with Meredith, Yang and McDreamy
Instead of virulence factors, complements and Shigellas.
Its strange how I have been desensitized to studying. People around me study ALL THE TIME. 24/7/30/12/365. And in a way its good that I'm not affected by it, in the sense that I don't stress because I'm not studying. But in a totally different way, some degree of pressure and stress would be nice. Especially this time of year.
Floats my boat, anyhow.
Goodnight :)

My mouth; it moves, and the words come out
My ears; they hear, and the words come in
My eyes; they see, and the people all around
My legs; they walk me, here and there
My arms; they move, to and fro
My heart; it beats, but it goes unheard.
And that, is it.
And that, is it.
What is it with this sudden feeling of apathy (pun unintended, swear) that has suddenly washed over me?
edit: on a second thought, nahhhhhhhhhh..... I'm fine ;)

The mocking, blinking cursor
Sometimes, I really do not feel like blogging. And I know I'm not the only one as I frequent my favourite blogs only to find them not updated as well.
I'll be curled up in bed with a steaming cup of coffee, reading a book when I realise that it has almost been a week. Time for a new post. I will have absolutely no idea what to write about, I won’t even feel like carefully crafting a sentence together in my head, but I’ll sit there and force my way through until I’ve produced a post.
I find that lately I am at a loss for words. The normal flow I have grown accustom to has vanished into thin air. Searching around the darkest corners of my mind, I grow tired and frustrated. More often than not, I stop before I even start because I am afraid to fail. Garbage. Why can I only write garbage. Its demoralising. All my sentences sound the same, if not plagued with grammatical errors.
There’s no cadence, no rhythm, no definable voice. I suck.
Right now, the blank white pages scare everything out of me. This is partly due to the amount of things I want to write about, I have so many things I'd like to share with you - its volume increasing everyday and yet it is still bottled up inside of me due to a few reasons.
But then again, there is this feeling - sometimes I just don't feel like writing and telling you, relating my thoughts to you. Or maybe, I'm just too tired from the amount of obligations forced upon me.
Dear blog, when will my enthusiasm for you return back to me?

Spring
How long must we wait, in this cruel winter fate
To see one flower bloom, to have sunlight in every room?
To see one flower bloom, to have sunlight in every room?
So we can have toast, what a spread to boast
Along with jam and tea, oh my how happy I will be.

Vanilla Dreams
Ice cream cravings are not to be taken lightly.
“Ross: What if there is only one woman for everybody? You know. What if I get one woman and that's it? Unfortunately in my case there was one woman... for her.
Joey: Ross, relax that's like saying there's only one flavour of ice-cream for you. Let me tell you something Ross, there's lots of flavours out there. There's rocky road, cookie dough and bing! Cherry vanilla. You can get them with jimmies or nuts, or whipped cream. Welcome back to the world, grab a spoon!
Ross: I honestly don't know wether I'm hungry or horny.
Chandler: You stay out of my freezer.”

Repercussions
Aiyah, sorry about the previous post. Sometimes, its easier to see fault in others without a care in the world about our own.My apologies.
Lets put it on LOUD!
Just because I am in an lousy mood.
1. I cannot stand crudeness. Please talk nicely. I don't understand how some people can speak to an equal with so little respect and courtesy.
specimen A: "WOIH, borrow scissors." *accompanied by fookface*
urf annoying.
2. I am not one who is able to put up with clutter. I unfortunately have roommates who are not exactly anal about where the cups go, crooked shelves, creased carpets and unmade beds, therefore the room is a total eyesore even though my side of the room is peachy. What to do.. oh well put up with it la. Urf.
NOTICE: THE GREAT WALL OF CHINA IS BACK
huh? what? That is my roommate's table, RIGHT SMACK in the middle of the room. Its like trudging through the Amazon just to get myself to the door.
3. People who stomp and slam and bang and smash and sigh like the whole world is on their shoulders - irk me SO BAD, I feel like sticking my head in the washing machine (that is if I owned one) and put it on heavy load. I mean, COME ON.... Its not like you have elephantiasis or something. Lifting the feet actually is an option to you. -.-
4. Ignorance is not bliss. Its galling. Please BOTHER.
5. I don't like chasing after a ping pong ball -.-
Goodnight :)
OH I changed my sheets by the way :) But then again, who is going to see it with the GREAT WALL OF CHINA completely hiding my side of the room.
Goodnight.
Time for chamomile tea and aromatherapy.

Feelings
"I hate you."
Today someone told me that they hated me. I'm not going to read much into that considering I have done nothing wrong to the person and the reason on which he is resting the outlash, is hazy. It could jolly well have been meant as a joke, for all I care. Its better to assume better things out of a person than.. well, assume bad things I suppose.
The world once spoke of the good and blessed but now it smells strongly of hate and despair. Hate is a strong emotion, even almost comparable to love itself. The stronger the emotion, the greater the attachment we feel with the object of our emotions. To hate someone, we are pledging a great deal of emotion to that person and it definitely takes a great deal of ourselves so that we are vested in this hate.
So, when we say or think to ourselves, I hate so-and-so, remember that we are using precious energy to tell those around us of our feelings when only a touch or a few words is more than capable enough to convey the same need to express ourselves.
Be nice. :)
A little kindness goes a long way.
But for now, I'm about to take the Pillow Express to Dreamland and rest up for the weekend.
Goodnight :)

wanderBUST
Wanderlust. Is it a gift? Or is it an affliction?
Life is kinetic, that's for sure. Hustle and bustle occupy our souls and minds - justtttttt not the way that we'd like it to. So, to keep from going crazy at the hands of routine, I had to push back with something of my own.
I purchased flight tickets.
I recently came back from a 10-day trip of adventure, and funand self-discovery in Paris and London. The adventure part was definitely covered - after chilly nights on airport floors and jumping aboard trains with unknown destinations and also barely missing our flight homeward. The other? Shall cap that later hehe.
I apologise for I have so much to say but everything is intensely blurred right now in a lethargic mish-mash of blehs and blahs, its giving me a tummy ache. Though I still place part of the blame on indo-mee, Wok in the Box, Tesco sandwiches, Krispy Kreme and English coffee.
Arf, the rooms in a horrible mess with laundry on the floor, bags half unpacked and groceries on the table keeping my macbook company. The need to defecate is sky high but the ability to do so is quitepainfully sadly the opposite. Shit. (no pun intended)
Shall answer the question above soon enough, along with updates et cetera, right after I tend to my Visa business and theother business.
Bye!
